FINAL EVALUATIONS

December and May applicants are evaluated after the ceremony.   Students will receive a letter of congratulations or deficiency. 

  • December applicants are evaluated during the first two weeks of January.  Letters are mailed about the third week of January.
  • May applicants are evaluated during the first two weeks in June.  Letters are mailed about the third week of June.
  • August applicants are evaluated during mid-August.  Letters are mailed about the third week of August.
Congratulations Letter

This explains the process to be followed for receiving your diploma.  Diplomas will be mailed according to the following schedule:

  • December graduates - February
  • May graduates - July
  • August graduates - September
Deficiency Letter

Refers students to the degree progress report to identify areas that need to be corrected.
All deficiencies must be resolved within six weeks of the date of graduation.

Students receiving a letter denoting a deficiency in credits, will need to reapply for a later graduation term by contacting the Graduation Office at 410-704-2095.
